How long does delivery take?
Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 business days after dispatch via DHL/FedEx
Free Standard Shipping (orders over £50): 15-25 business days after dispatch via EMS
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.
Do you deliver to my country?
We ship worldwide with some exceptions in certain Asian regions and remote islands. If you’re unsure, please check at checkout or email us at [email protected].
Why might my order arrive in separate packages?
Some larger items like bathroom furniture or children’s products may ship from different warehouses for faster delivery. Don’t worry – you’ll receive tracking for each package!
